Expressing Gratitude For New Beginnings
The fall equinox for many people represents cleansing, new beginnings, and gratitude. The leaves turn from green to golden brown. The temperature usually falls from extreme heat to a more bearable climate. This time of year, some people are able to sleep with their windows open, getting much-needed fresh air. Fresh air is good for the mind, body, and spirit.
Fresh air allows us to clear our minds while visualizing during meditation or just being still. Many times we get distracted by things that are not worthy of our attention. The seasons, days, and years will come and go with us never realizing the beauty of these changes. This equinox season, take time to refresh and renew your mind, body, and spirit by simply expressing gratitude.
Meditate, visualize, breathe, and give thanks!
Happy Equinox!
