Bad Eating Habits Can Be Passed Down From Generation To Generation Just Like Illness.
Many times families gather together for family reunions and summer celebrations. They find comfort foods that remind them of how it used to be when grandma was alive. They begin having conversations about their newfound ailments after going to the doctor and being officially diagnosed. As the conversations progress, they find that many of the family members are suffering from the same ailments as well as serious diseases.
Many people will come to the conclusion that these ailments/diseases "run in family." That very well may be true. However, it could also be that they are all drinking from the same cup and eating the same unhealthy foods.
Changing your diet can be a stressful task. Especially when food that we have become so accustomed to has such sentimental reasons and emotional attachments. Finding alternative ways to cook and eat, does not have to be stressful. Some recipes can be modified to create a more healthy meal. An example would be to use grapeseed or olive oil instead of butter or margarine. Honey instead of sugar as well as reducing the amounts of sweetener used in a recipe. Incorporating more fresh foods instead of cooked foods will allow your body to rid itself of toxins while increasing your energy levels. https://www.eatwell101.com/healthy-chicken-breast-recipes
One of the many things we can do for the next generation is to give them recipes for healthy eating habit. Hopefully, this will allow them to inherit wellness instead of illness.
