Honoring Our Culture, Our Ancestors, And Ourselves
Every week this month I would like to highlight black own vegan restaurants. Eating well is important all year. I believe it is most important during times we celebrate. Many times some of us use holidays as an excuse to eat poorly. We can eat well when it is a holiday too. Incorporating healthy eating daily is easier than you might think. Choosing a healthier restaurant is a good start.
Here is where I ask for your help. I have a few restaurants where I have had the pleasure of eating a great meal. However, I know that there are many I have not heard of or where they are located. I am asking everyone who is willing, to seek out a Black Owned Vegan restaurant in your area and share your reviews on this platform. It doesn't matter where you live, near or far, this information is greatly needed and appreciated.
