Self Talk

Changing The Conversation In Your Head To Manifest Your Reality.

5 Empowering Statement You Should Speak To Build And Cleans Your Spirit Daily.

How often do you say to yourself out loud, "what the HELL were you thinking?" "Why are you so stupid?" There may be other choice words used but these are some of the most common mean things a person says or thinks to themselves. If you have not said anything mean to yourself ever, then GOOD ON YOU! If however, you have said something mean to someone else, consider yourself being in their shoes.

Take a moment to consider how it would feel to break someone's spirit by using words to make a person feel less than who they are. Words are tools that can be used to break down or build up. It can be easy for some of us to draw words from our egos to impress upon others that we will not tolerate being disrespected. We have no clue who people truly are or what their life's journey has been but we should know who we are and how it would feel when hurtful words are used as weapons.

Here are 5 Empowering Statements You Should Speak To Build And Cleans Your Spirit Daily.

  1. I am the energy that can transform my world from negative to positive.

  2. I talk to myself out loud because I have the answers.

  3. I am the solution to my problems and if I can't solve them on my own, I will seek the help I need to change them.

  4. I will protect my spirit from all negative energy and remove myself from situations that have the potential to break me down instead of building me up.

  5. I will use my positive energy to plant seeds of empowerment only to uplift myself as well as others.

Never leave home without your bag of tools filled with empowering words and energy.
