Take Time To Breathe While Enjoying The Moment.

How Often Do You Take A Moment To Appreciate Time?

From the time many of us wake up in the morning, our schedules are "STACKED UP" so much so that we have to put ourselves on a schedule just to go to the bathroom. We hit that alarm clock, jump out of bed, into the shower, put our clothes on, and out of the door we go! As soon as we get home, we kick off our shoes and start the process for the next day, all over again.

By the time many of us realize this routine is extremely stressful, our children would have grown to become adults with their own residents, and our aches and pains will have moved in.

How many times have you said to yourself, "where has the time gone?" Do you give yourself five minutes each day to remind yourself that you are not a machine? You are an amazing human being.

Taking the time to reflect on each day is food for the soul. Although five minutes is not a lot of time to truly feed your spirit, it is a start.

Find a quiet place. This can be in the bathroom or in your car. Sit and be still. Take a deep breath from the belly, hold it for 30 seconds, and let that breath go. Repeat this process a total of three times. You should begin to feel more relaxed. Your thoughts should become more lucid. Reflect on what brings you peace of mind. This is the time to give thanks to your high power and for the opportunity to live this life.

Working, living, and enjoying our lives, is possible to do without the added stress. Making time while incorporating mindfulness into our daily routine is the key to managing it. https://www.milesformigraine.org/the-mind-body-connection-managing-migraine/?gclid=CjwKCAjwmJeYBhAwEiwAXlg0AVOtP4pYi9joomTbnW4BwlpTO9DUv0GP_PShtSu-hhDydaCzr4ZdSRoCTPkQAvD_BwE
